Casey is my 5-year old son. He was diagnosed with AML leukemia in July of 2002.
A bone marrow transplant saved his life in June of 2003. He is doing well and on his way to clearing three years without any leukemia returning, and being declared cured.
This site is designed to help give back to a cause close to my family....Make-A-Wish, a foundation that grants wishes to children with life threatening ailments.
Casey’s wish was to visit Disney World. His wish was granted May 1, 2003. The trip was a tremendous boost to Casey’s spirit and a springboard towards his recovery. The smile that Make A Wish put on Casey’s face by granting his wish was priceless. My family and the Sports Animal would like to help put smiles on other children’s faces.
